PGIM hires Radel for Middle East secondaries expansion

PGIM is expanding its secondaries platform, Montana Capital Partners (MCP), to the Middle East. The asset manager has hired Lucas Radal as head of Middle East Secondary Investments for MCP, a newly created role. He will be based in Abu Dhabi.

Prior to joining MCP, Radal was a senior investment executive at Mubadala Capital. He holds a master’s degree in international finance from business school IAE Aix-Marseille, where he lectures in private equity.

Radal will focus on sourcing and executing secondary investment opportunities globally…
