PGIM is expanding its secondaries platform, Montana Capital Partners (MCP), to the Middle East. The asset manager has hired Lucas Radal as head of Middle East Secondary Investments for MCP, a newly created role. He will be based in Abu Dhabi.
Prior to joining MCP, Radal was a senior investment executive at Mubadala Capital. He holds a master’s degree in international finance from business school IAE Aix-Marseille, where he lectures in private equity.
